I swear I haven't looked it up. But I think it says "dareka eigo wa hanasemasuka" and it should actually have a question mark, because it means "can you speak English?"
Sayonara ... I'm pretty sure it means: "I came, I saw Alcatraz, I went to Japan", but I could be wrong about that. But that's sort of what it sounds like to me.

I think it means "goodbye" in Japanese....could be wrong....anyhow have a great trip and hope to hear from you soon!!
